Elementary School
For Grades 1 through 5, the tuition for the 2010-2011 school year is $10,750 and consists of 5 full days from 8:25 am to 3:00 pm.
Middle School
For Grades 6 through 8, the tuition for the 2010-2011 school year is $11,000 and consists of 5 full days from 8:25 am to 3:00 pm.
High School
The tuition for the 2010-2011 school year for Grades 9 through 12 is $12,225 and consists of 5 full days from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Registration Fee
For Elementary, Middle, and High School, a fee of $500 must be paid at the time of registration. Discounted rates are available to currently enrolled students who register by March 1, 2010. Beginning March 2, 2010 and for new students, the full rate applies. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Class Fund Fee and Additional Program Fees
The Class Fund Fee creates a pool of funds for all classes and teachers, managed by the business office.This fee covers classroom expenses including class trips, field trips and entrance fees, classroom expenses such as snacks, cleaning supplies, window coverings, costume expenses, recorders, etc.Parents may still be asked to purchase items for the classrooms, but the school will reimburse them for all expenses (please save and turn in your receipts to the Business Office.)
The Class Fund Fee amount for the 2009-2010 school year is $235 per student in Pre/K through Grade 8, and $300 per student in Grades 9-12. The Class Fund Fee amount for the 2010-2011 school year will be determined by June 1 and will be invoiced with the Back-to-School packets sent out in August to all registered families. Payment is due in full in October, or you may pay half in October and the remaining half in January.For other payment arrangements, please contact the Business Office.
The following expenses are not included in the Class Fund Fee and will be incurred by the families based upon their student’s needs and choices:
Music Program Expenses: families of students in Grades 3 – 8 are required to rent or otherwise provide an instrument for strings/orchestra classes. Parents are encouraged to arrange private lessons to support the program.
New Student Expenses: New families to Middle School are required to provide private lessons in music, foreign language, math and reading depending upon their student’s need.
Extra-curricular Program Expenses: fees for students participating in extra-curricular programs such as sports, early music ensemble, etc., are charged through the business office and are separate and additional expenses.
Sibling Discounts
Sibling discounts are recognized as follows:
The oldest child is paid at full tuition.
The second child receives a 10% discount.
The third child receives a 20% discount.
The fourth child receives a 30% discount.
Tuition Adjustment
Tuition Adjustment is available for students in Grades 1 through 12. Applications for adjustment will be available in the school’s main office and via the link below. Please see the Tuition Adjustment Guidelines for complete details about the process. You may also contact Lori Pucelik, Director of Business Affairs, (303) 777-0531 ext. 104 with any questions. Tuition adjustment is granted at the school’s discretion, based on assessment of the family’s financial need and the availability of funds. The tuition adjustment application includes an application form; a Parent’s Financial Statement, which must be submitted to the School and Student Service for Financial Aid; and a copy of the most recent year’s federal income tax return. First-time applicants are also required to submit a previous year’s federal income tax return.
