Physics: thermodynamics—specific heat and law of heating, latent heat and phase transformations, thermal conductivity and law of conduction, thermal expansion, and the workings of practical devices.

Earth Sciences: geology, the evolution and physical structure of the earth, fossils and sedimentation, earthquakes, volcanism and plate tectonics.
Biology: structures of the human anatomy with some physiology. Study of addiction and substance abuse.

Artistry: black and white drawing, drama, calligraphy, clay, basketry, woodworking, cabinetry and joinery.
