Holiday Fair Excitement!
This year’s Holiday Fair, on Saturday, December 7th from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, will have all the unforgettable activities of the past that make our celebration like no other in Denver. Whether you are looking forward to watching your child delight in creating traditional crafts, or having a lovely, boutique-style shopping experience with our exquisite group of artisan merchants, or simply relishing in the joy of a wintry sleigh ride with friends, make sure you are a part of this festive day of celebrating our incredible community.
Elf Land Material Gathering
Our gardens, yards and parks have such natural bounty to offer that also goes into creating the unique handmade wreaths that the Holiday Fair is known for. I have seen dried poppy heads and yarrow stalks, green and brown acorns, red cherries and crabapples that shrivel in the most interesting ways, and other seed pods drying beautifully.
All of these wonderful offerings enhance our handmade wreaths and the Elf Land activity, so I encourage you to enjoy October’s golden sun by taking nature-gathering walks with your family and friends. Fill a bag or bucket with whatever you find pleasing. Starting November 1st, you can drop them off at the Holiday Fair display area in the front lobby.
