All Denver Waldorf School parents are invited to monthly Parent Council Meetings. The Parent Council meets on the first Friday of every month (September – June) from 8:45 am -10:30 am in the Aftercare room. Parents, please join us! Siblings are welcome to come and play in the room together with the toys, supervised by their parent(s).
“If you’ve had the experience of binding a book, knitting a sock, playing a recorder, then you feel that you can build a rocket ship-or learn a software program you’ve never touched. It’s not bravado, just a quiet confidence. There is nothing you can’t do. Why couldn’t you? Why couldn’t anybody?”— Peter Nitze, Waldorf and Harvard graduate, director of an aerospace company
Waldorf graduates think for themselves and value the opportunity to translate their new ideas into practice. They both value and practice life-long learning and have a highly developed sense for aesthetics.
